Macbery-XT Sugar Free Expectorant 100ml is a combination of four medicines Terbutaline Sulphate 1.25mg + Ambroxol HCl 15mg + Guaifenesin 50mg + Menthol 0.5mg per 5ml, manufactured by Macleods Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd. Terbutaline is a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles and widens airways making breathing easier. Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins and loosens thick mucus making it easier to cough out. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that decreases stickiness of phlegm and helps remove it from airways. Menthol provides cooling effect and relieves throat irritation. Macbery-XT is indicated for treatment of productive cough associated with bronchitis, bronchial asthma, COPD, bronchospasm and other respiratory conditions with excessive mucus. Sugar free formula suitable for diabetic patients. Shake well before use. Use measuring cup. Store below 30°C in cool dry place.
