DEFLAGIN by Guinness contains Deflazacort, an oxazoline derivative of prednisolone. It has anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressant properties with relatively less effect on bones compared to other steroids. Used for bronchial asthma, allergic disorders, arthritis, and other inflammatory conditions. Comes as oral suspension for easy dosing in children.
