Dosage
Adult: 10 mL every 4-6 hours. Children 6-12 years: 5 mL every 4-6 hours. Children 2-6 years: 2.5 mL every 4-6 hours. Max 6 doses in 24 hours. Take after meals

Benadryl Cough Syrup combines an antihistamine and cough suppressant. Diphenhydramine blocks histamine and suppresses cough. Ammonium Chloride and Sodium Citrate help loosen mucus. Menthol gives a cooling, soothing effect to the throat. Effective for dry cough, allergic cough and throat irritation due to cold.
